Residential Development Manager

We are looking for a Residential Development Manager to oversee residential projects from concept through delivery. You will coordinate stakeholders, manage project milestones, and help ensure developments are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage residential development projects throughout their lifecycle
  • Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teams
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and key milestones
  • Support planning, approvals, and development processes
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and challenges
  • Ensure projects meet quality, sustainability, and business objectives
  • Prepare project reports and communicate progress to stakeholders

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in residential development, project management, or real estate development
  • Understanding of residential construction and development processes
  • Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in English
  • Experience working with development teams, consultants, or contractors is a plus
