Project Manager (Marketing & Digital Delivery)

We’re looking for a Project Manager to join our team and help coordinate high-impact marketing and digital initiatives — ensuring projects are delivered on time, on scope, and aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage marketing and digital projects from kickoff to delivery (campaigns, landing pages, tracking setups, creative production).
  • Translate business objectives into clear project scopes, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (performance marketing, content, design, development, analytics) to ensure alignment and execution quality.
  • Track progress, manage priorities, and proactively remove blockers to keep work moving.
  • Maintain project documentation: briefs, requirements, roadmaps, reports, and meeting notes.
  • Facilitate team communication (standups, planning sessions, retrospectives) and ensure stakeholders are informed.
  • Manage risks, scope changes, and expectations — keeping deliverables stable and outcomes measurable.
  • Support performance reporting by consolidating updates, results, and next steps for internal and client-facing stakeholders.
  • Continuously improve internal workflows, processes, and delivery standards.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Project Manager in a digital, marketing, or agency environment.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing workflows (paid channels, creatives, landing pages, tracking/analytics basics).
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple concurrent projects.
  • Proficiency with project tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, Notion, or similar).
  • Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to manage ambiguity in fast-moving environments.
  • English proficiency for communication and documentation (if working with international stakeholders).
