PPC Specialist (Google Ads & Bing Ads)
We’re looking for a PPC Specialist to join our team and help plan, launch, and optimise performance-driven paid search campaigns that generate high-quality leads and measurable ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Bing Ads (Search, Display, and remarketing as needed).
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to improve targeting and efficiency.
- Monitor and optimise budgets, bids, and pacing to meet KPIs (CPA, ROAS, CPL, conversion rate).
- Create and test ad copies, extensions, and campaign structures to continuously improve performance.
- Collaborate with design, content, and web teams to align landing pages and creatives with campaign goals.
- Track and analyse results using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and platform dashboards.
- Run A/B tests across ads, keywords, landing pages, and funnel steps to increase conversions.
- Prepare performance reports with insights, trends, and clear recommendations for next steps.
- Ensure tracking accuracy and troubleshoot discrepancies in conversion data and attribution.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience managing PPC campaigns (agency experience is a strong plus).
- Strong hands-on expertise with Google Ads and Bing Ads; understanding of full-funnel performance marketing.
- Solid analytical skills and ability to interpret data and make optimization decisions quickly.
- Experience with tracking and analytics (Google Analytics, GTM, conversion tracking, UTM structure).
- Understanding of landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization fundamentals.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
