Marketing Analytics Specialist

We are looking for a Marketing Analytics Specialist to help transform marketing data into actionable business insights. You will be responsible for building accurate reporting systems, analysing campaign performance, improving attribution, and supporting data-driven decision-making across paid media, SEO, and lead generation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain marketing dashboards and performance reports
  • Analyse multi-channel marketing performance and identify growth opportunities
  • Monitor campaign KPIs, conversion data, and customer acquisition metrics
  • Ensure accurate tracking across websites, landing pages, and marketing platforms
  • Validate GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking implementations
  • Support attribution modelling and customer journey analysis
  • Identify trends, anomalies, and optimisation opportunities using data
  • Collaborate with PPC, SEO, CRO, and Project Management teams
  • Present insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders
  • Help improve reporting automation and data quality

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing analytics or digital marketing
  • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
  • Experience with Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking
  • Understanding of attribution models and marketing KPIs
  • Experience building dashboards in Looker Studio or similar BI tools
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills
  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with PPC, SEO, and lead generation metrics
  • SQL or BigQuery experience is a plus
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
