Email Marketing Specialist (Middle)

• Plan, launch, and optimise email marketing campaigns across promotional and lifecycle flows
  
• Build and maintain automated email sequences (welcome, nurturing, re-engagement, retention)
  
• Segment audiences based on behaviour, intent, and funnel stage
  
• Test subject lines, copy, offers, timing, and frequency to improve open rates, CTR, and conversions
  
• Collaborate with performance and creative teams to align messaging with traffic sources and funnels
  
• Monitor deliverability, list health, and sender reputation
• Analyse performance metrics and translate insights into clear optimisations

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in email marketing
  
• Strong understanding of performance marketing and conversion funnels
  
• Experience with email platforms and automation tools
  
• Solid copywriting skills with a focus on clarity and conversion
  
• Ability to work with data and performance metrics (open rate, CTR, CVR, revenue per send)
  
• Structured, detail-oriented approach to testing and optimisation
• Experience working with lead generation or performance-driven businesses is a plus
