CRO Specialist (Conversion Rate Optimisation)

We are looking for a CRO Specialist to improve website and funnel performance through testing, user behavior analysis, and conversion optimisation. You will be responsible for identifying friction points, running experiments, and helping turn more visitors into leads and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse user journeys, conversion funnels, and customer behaviour
  • Identify conversion barriers and opportunities for improvement
  • Plan, execute, and evaluate A/B tests and optimisation experiments
  • Work with heatmaps, session recordings, and behavioural analytics tools
  • Optimise landing pages, forms, calls-to-action, and conversion paths
  • Monitor conversion metrics and report on performance improvements
  • Collaborate with PPC, Email Marketing, and Project Management teams
  • Support data-driven decision-making through testing and analysis

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in CRO, digital marketing, or performance optimization
  • Strong understanding of conversion funnels and user behavior
  • Experience with A/B testing methodologies and experimentation frameworks
  • Familiarity with analytics and behavioral tracking tools
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to translate data into actionable recommendations
  • Experience in lead generation or performance marketing environments is a strong plus
