Content Marketing Manager

We’re looking for a Content Marketing Manager to join our team and lead the development and execution of high-impact content strategies that resonate with our target audience and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive content marketing strategies across various platforms (blogs, social media, email marketing, website, etc.) to achieve business objectives and audience engagement.
  • Plan, create, and implement multi-channel content campaigns that align with brand goals, targeting the right audience at every stage of their journey.
  • Oversee the creation of high-quality content, including blog posts, case studies, white papers, videos, and social media content, ensuring they are optimized for SEO and user engagement.
  • Work closely with the design, SEO, and social media teams to ensure cohesive and impactful content across all marketing channels.
  • Track and analyse content performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and social media insights to refine strategies and improve results.
  • Ensure all content is optimised for search engines to increase organic traffic and improve keyword rankings.
  • Manage and mentor a team of content creators, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality output and meeting deadlines.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in content marketing or a related role, with proven success in creating and executing content strategies.
  • Expertise in SEO and content optimisation with a strong understanding of search engine algorithms.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Experience using content management systems (CMS) like WordPress, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and social media management platforms (Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
  • Experience in social media strategy, including paid and organic campaigns.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • A creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
