Architectural Design Coordinator
We are looking for an Architectural Design Coordinator to support the planning and development of residential projects. You will work closely with architects, consultants, and project teams to ensure design concepts are translated into high-quality, practical, and buildable solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate architectural design activities across residential projects
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and external consultants
- Review drawings, plans, and design documentation for accuracy and consistency
- Support planning applications and design approval processes
- Ensure design solutions align with project objectives and quality standards
- Track design progress and communicate updates to stakeholders
- Assist in resolving design-related issues throughout project development
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in architecture, design coordination, or related fields
- Understanding of residential design and development processes
- Ability to review and interpret architectural drawings and documentation
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
- Proficiency in English
- Experience working on residential or mixed-use developments is a plus
