Affiliate Manager (CPA / Partnerships)
We are looking for an Affiliate Manager to expand and optimize our CPA partnerships. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with affiliates, scaling traffic sources, and maximizing campaign performance across international markets.

- Identify and onboard new traffic sources and partners
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for ROI
- Negotiate payouts and commercial terms
- Analyze traffic quality, conversion rates, and KPIs
- Collaborate with marketing, analytics, and product teams
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards
Qualifications:
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in affiliate / performance marketing
- Strong understanding of CPA, CPL, and RevShare models
- Experience with affiliate networks and tracking platforms
- Analytical mindset with strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
